With our hotel's own Renault Zoe e-cars, you can explore our beautiful island consistently environmentally conscious. We are happy to provide you with these e-speedsters at pure maintenance costs - i.e. insurance + energy costs. Fast charging stations are located directly on the hotel property.

Or "experience" Madeira by mountain bike. E-bikes, mountain bikes and racing bikes are rented by our partner E-Bike Madeira in Funchal - from the bike station or from the Quinta Alegre. So you also do something for your health. We would also be happy to establish contact for you.

As a private hiking hotel, the protected nature of Madeira is naturally very important to us. Because here the gift of our nature becomes conscious in many places: like in Europe's largest contiguous laurel forest, a Unesco world natural heritage of extraordinary beauty. It lies above the Quinta Alegre. Or also at the longest Levada of Calheta with 40 km. The Levada is just 30 minutes from the hotel. We are happy to offer you guided hikes or excursions to various destinations in Madeira.
